UPDATE on termination of birth parent's rights

UPDATE: We found out today that the birthfather’s rights have been terminated by the court! The hearing was heard in front of a pretty thorough judge who indicated he was pleased with the process that the agency went through to terminate the paternal rights. Everything is now in place for the adoption to be finalized, most likely in early October!
