Baby Tour 2007 - Albuquerque

We are currently on our official Baby Tour 2007. We drove to Albuquerque to visit Grandma and Granddad Waye at their home. We are going to drive to a ranch just outside of Zion National Park in southern Utah for an Andrus family reunion (Riley is the 99th descendant of Becca's grandparents) and then we will head over to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. So, you can expect some more pictures with family and out in nature in the upcoming posts.

We decided that since Riley has been sleeping 7-8 hours at night that we would drive to Albuquerque during the night, which takes about 11-12 hours. We waited until her last feeding of the day, which happened at 9 pm, and then started the drive. She slept fairly well, but boy, driving all night kills you. We switched off every couple of hours and tried to get some sleep while not driving, but we were still pretty wiped out the next day. When we drive home, we'll have to see how it goes during the day, having to stop for 30 minutes every 3-4 hours to feed Riley. Grandma is having a blast having her two newest grandchildren here at the same time (Tiffany and John live in ABQ with Landon, who is 7 weeks younger than Riley).
