Mimicry

Riley mimics a lot of things that we do. It's pretty funny to see it sometimes. This afternoon, she grabbed the other phone while Becca was talking and started babbling into the phone and saying, "hedo?". Tonight, we just got some burgers for dinner and we gave her some french fries. I blew on them and then split them in half. She picked one up, blew on it, then broke it in half.

Our normal morning routine is Riley wakes up between 7:20 and 7:25 (almost always, no matter what time she goes to bed). I get her out of bed, get her some milk and bring her back to our bed and relax for a little while. She then gets restless and starts getting funny or gets off the bed and gets into stuff. This morning, she left the room and it got quiet for too long, so I went to check it out. This is how I found Riley. She was ready to get some work done.
