Gifts

Riley mostly got a bunch of little gifts. Of course, kids seem to like the boxes and the $1 gifts more than the fancy commercialized stuff anyway.

She got Candyland from my parents. She still needs to learn to not steal all the little men and take them off the board. She also puts her color card on the color rather than her game-piece.

My Aunt Kay came up from the Denver area to visit us, meet our kids, and see her brother (my dad) and sister-in-law. It was a good visit. She brought Riley a really cool jungle book.

Riley really loved the "dancing skirt" that Terra found on sale when Becca and her were out shopping at some point. Terra, you'll get to see your girl dancing in it one day.

She also liked the bath toys from Courtney (she played with them that night).

She got an outfit and personalized water bottle from her Abuela Pheobe (Asher's grandma).

Thanks to all. We gave her a few things that we have been holding out on her and some clothes. I think she has enough toys anyway, at least by the way the floor is covered with them when you turn your back for 5 minutes. At least she is pretty good about cleaning them up and singing that Barney song while doing it (although she's never seen that stupid "carniverous" purple dinosaur with flat herbivore teeth).
