We had a bumper crop of spinach earlier in the season and now we have more lettuce than we know what to do with. We harvested snap peas for a couple of weeks but there haven't been any more since then. The tomatoes and peppers got a slow start, but we're still hopeful. And now we're just starting to pull the carrots. Riley got the honor of eating the first one. And she loved it!
