Seven Months

No update on size this month, but Asher is growing and developing so much lately. He can scoot himself all over the place without ever getting off his belly. In the last day or two he has been pushing himself up to his hands and knees, but he doesn't move anywhere once he's up.

He has been a lot more fun and happy lately. I'm really hoping that he is finally growing out of the reflux. Asher has made it clear that he is not going to be as easy to feed as Riley was. He does not like the two green vegetables we have introduced so far, peas and green beans. But not only does he not like them, he is very dramatic in their rejection. He pulls the most painful looking faces when he firsts tastes a spoonful of either one. Then he chokes and gags until the food either gets swallowed eventually, or gets spit back out.

The most exciting news recently is that Asher's first tooth just broke through! Aside from chewing on anything and everything he got his hands on, he didn't really show signs of discomfort. Hopefully they'll all come in that easily.
