Muffin Tin Lunch

This idea isn't a new one. It wasn't even mine. But I saw it somewhere a couple of years ago and filed it away, to be pulled out and tried when Riley was old enough to actually eat this much food.

Now I make her a muffin tin lunch once every couple of weeks, and she LOVES it. But the most amazing thing is that she eats all the food in there, nearly every time. Hopefully by the time Asher is old enough for this kind of lunch, it will be just as successful in getting him to eat the foods I want him to eat, as it has been in getting Riley to eat the amount I want her to eat.
