Asher is really walking now! I knew we had reached a milestone when I was following him as he crawled up the stairs last week. That time, instead of crawling up half of the staircase and across the landing to the other half, he crawled up the first half of the stairs, stood up and walked across the landing, then crawled up the second half.
Riley has been on a dancing kick lately. I attribute it mostly to the Angelina Ballerina books we've been checking out from the library. She came into the kitchen while I was making dinner and told me, "Watch Mom; I can do an arabesque." She was about to show me, but paused to say, "Don't worry, I won't knock over any cheddar cheese pies."
