Mock Lasagna

There are a few recipes in my repertoire that aren't my favorites, or Scot's either. But I happily make them on a regular basis because my kids love them so much. This slow cooker recipe for Mock Lasagna is one that they enjoy every time. And when they eat this well, I don't even mind cleaning up the mess.
