Asher was holding my hand in both of his and playing with my fingers. He told me he was going to take my finger off and put it on his hand, and then he started pulling on my middle finger. When it wouldn't come off, he tried another, then another. Then he explained very matter-of-factly, "God put glue on them. A lot of glue."
After playing with Cody & Landon (his cousins in Albuquerque) all week, Asher said in his bedtime prayer, "Thank you for my friend-cousins."
Just before our move from Fort Collins:
Me: Asher, we're moving to our new house in two days.
Asher: I can't aweeve we're moving in two days! I can't aweeve dat. Can you aweeve dat, Mommy?
