Visiting Grandma's Plane

While my mom was in town for Tyson's sealing, one of her planes came up to south Denver to transport a patient (she owns an air ambulance company, which has two Lear jets), so we took some of the kids to see it. Riley and Asher went, along with their cousin Brady. Riley has seen the plane before and sat in the cockpit, so she was disappointed this time that she couldn't this time (they had everything set up and checked so they could take off once the patient arrived). I think Brady liked seeing all the planes at the airport (it was a local airport with mostly smaller jets and prop planes). Asher was pretty tentative and freaked out when I tried to place him on the wing for a picture. Then it got a little windy and he wanted to go home. They did get a complimentary snack. I think the kids had fun, as did my mom, since the crew didn't know she was in Denver and when she showed up, I think they had a little coronary thinking it was some surprise inspection (which it kind of was a spot check).
