Asher has been standing confidently for a while now, but has been resistant to taking any steps. He finally took his first steps the day before Easter! He took three or four that first time, but didn't get far because only his left foot moved forward. He basically turned himself around. But regardless, we were extremely excited.
Since then he has made progress and will take a few steps forward (or sometimes sideways) occasionally, but only with a lot of encouragement. And as soon as he actually wants to get somewhere he drops to his hands and knees. He is getting a lot more stable every day, so I don't think it will be long now before he really is a walker.
