Our friends, the Baileys, joined us for a trip to Denver's Downtown Aquarium on Saturday. It was the first time for all of us, and it turned out to be a fun adventure. There was quite a variety of sea animals and habitats. Inexplicably, there are three or four tigers there too, but that day there was only one out, and he wasn't being very cooperative for viewing. Typical of a cat, right? A volunteer taught about tigers, and let the kids feel a real tiger pelt. Most of the kids enjoyed that, but we had to peel Tyson away. He has a connection with those animals.
